Semei Kakungulu Museum Mbale has been recognized for its outstanding performance in Uganda’s Tourism Development and Promotion.
It was awarded the Best Museum award during the World Tourism Day celebrations in Mbale over the weekend.
Ms Racheal Kakungulu Kirama received this Award on behalf of Semei Kakungulu Museum.
Besides Semei Kakungulu Museum there is also Semei Kakungulu Country Lodge which offers amenities to tourists who came to the Elgon Region.
