Happiness filled the air today in Ryabirengye, Bukinda Sub county, Rukiga District as former Rukiga County Member of Parliament, Hon. Roland Ndyomugyenyi Bish, officiated as Best Man at his uncle’s wedding.
Mzee Manuel at 82 years and his beloved wife Lydia exchanged their marriage vows at St. Mark Ryabirengye Church of Uganda Parish, Bukinda Sub county, in a colorful holy matrimony presided over by Rev. Namanya Boaz.
The ceremony attracted family,friends and Christians from all walks of life who came to witness the union.
Hon. Bish,who also graced the reception was warmly welcomed back home in Rukiga and this is his first major public appearance in the district after resuming duty on September 1st as the East African Representative on the African Panel of Trade and Investment for the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) at the AfCFTA Secretariat based in ACCRA GHANA.
Speaking at the reception,Hon.Bish congratulated the newlyweds and thanked the church and the people of Ryabirengye for keeping love,faith and family values alive.
The couple thanked Hon. Bish and all guests for making their day memorable.
