Businessman, politician and educationist, Dr. Aggrey Kyobuguzi has mobilized Mbarara people to turn up in big numbers on Thursday 24th September at Bwizibwera (Mbarara District Headquarters) for the Presidential endorsement of Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
“Dear Patriots, I invite all of you to turn up in large numbers for the Massive Endorsement of Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba Museveni (MKM) 2031 onwards. Let’s show our strength as Mbarara District under the Patriotic League of Uganda. IMPORTANT: Please come with your NATIONAL ID or NIN NUMBER to sign in the Endorsement Book. I will be there,” Dr.Aggrey Kyobuguzi.
The endorsement is slated for tomorrow Thursday 24th September 2026 at Bwizibwera Mbarara District headquarters.
