2026 Updates: Seth Murari lauds workers as he prepares for Mbarara City North MP seat
Hon. Seth Murari has lauded workers for their efforts in boosting economic growth and families. This was during his message to all workers on International Labour Day celebrations yesterday.
He said the workers’ efforts towards economic growth and families can not go unnoticed.
“As we celebrate the international labour Day, I wish to congratulate all workers and more so those efforts can not be quantified in monitory terms. Your efforts towards our economic growth and families can never go unnoticed,” he said.
Meanwhile the people of Mbarara City North want Mr Seith Murari as their next Member of Parliament (MP) because of his fantastic achievements.
They described him as a hero for Mbarara City because of what he has done for the city so far despite not holding any political office.
He is the only man admired for his courage, outstanding achievements and his noble qualities.
He has been and is still instrumental in fighting for preservation of Mbarara nature especially River Rwizi.
Mr. Seith Murari is one of the chief organizers of the annual Save River Rwizi Marathon which creates awareness regarding the status of the River.
It creates awareness regarding dumping of rubbish especially plastic bottles in the River.
Last year, he led other environmentalists and well-wishers and picked millions of bottles dumped in the River.
“The only man admired for his courage, outstanding achievements and his noble qualities. You are a hero of Mbarara City, a hero that has fought Battles for the nature of Mbarara City especially River Rwizi, a hero that has uplifted and supported everyone with equality despite their humble backgrounds,” One of the supporters shared.
Mr Seth Murari is currently the National Coordinator in charge of Games and Sports at the Office of National Chairman (ONC) of the NRM party.
