2026 Updates: Patrick Musinguzi is the hope for Kashari in the next Parliament

Hon. Musinguzi Patrick Rukurwe is seriously on the ground mobilizing for support after confirming his desire to represent the people of Kashari North Constituency in Mbarara District in the 12th Parliament come 2026.

Nicknamed ‘Akooki Ka Kashari’ loosely translated as the ‘Honey of Kashari’, Patrick is already has been of recent helping out the constituents on some of the developmental activities in the area.

Many in Kashari North see him as the new hope capable of pushing the real development agenda of the constituency.

Once he takes the MP seat, Mr. Patrick Musinguzi intends to do following things to do;

Promotion of education by providing support to the system in form of scholastic materials and funding to improve education in Kashari.

He wants to push health education to save lives and provide health education to the people of Kashari as well as improving on health facilities in the area including establishing new ones.

He wants to provide water to the less privileged who can not afford water sources through lobbying from donors and government.

He plans to work on Youth skilling through the Ministry of Gender to provide Hubs in Mbarara District.

On his agenda, there is also poverty alleviation through practical household homestead food security as well boosting household income.

He wants to fight the mushrooming loan shacks who he said are stealing the people of Kashari left, right and center through informal recovery processes.

With the above, Musinguzi Patrick says time is now to serve the people of Kashari North without fear or favour.
