2026 Updates: Musau Arafat Kamwania eyes Kapchorwa Municipality MP seat

Young and youthful politician Mr. Musau Arafat Kamwania is eyeing the seat in the 12th Parliament.

The 21-year old wants to contest for the MP seat of Kapchorwa Municipality come 2026 and is coming on an NRM ticket, a political he subscribes to.

“I am very happy for this opportunity to represent the people of Kapchorwa Municipality,” he said.

He told this news agency that once he is given the opportunity, he will make sure all roads are in good state. He also wants to lobby and make sure power reaches every part in Kapchorwa Municipality.

He also wants to lobby for government schools to be extended to rural areas.
