2026 Updates: Mukuve Birali Batulunte intensifies ground work in Bugiri Municipality

Bugiri Municipality Member of Parliament hopeful Mr. Mukuve Birali Batulunte has hit the ground running doing some work ahead of 2026 general elections.

He has of recent been involved in construction of churches, mosques, provision of fertilizers to the farmers, employing of some youths in MTN Uganda because of his influence as he was formerly an MTN manager Eastern Uganda.

He has also opened up SACCO for boda riders in the area.

Mukuve Birali Batulunte who was born on 2nd February 1986 finished P.7 in 2002 at Buchimo Primary School.

He then joined Busia Trust for O Level 2003 and finished A level 2008 then joined Benedictine Vocational Training Institute for his certificate of Mechanical Engineering before he joined MTN as a field man in 2011 after 2 years, he got a promotion to management but he is currently businessman doing Private business.

Batulunte says time is now for him to represent Bugiri Municipality as Member of Parliament in 2026.
