2026 Updates: Mabonga Rogers wants transparent leadership in Khabutoola Sub County

Hon. Mabonga Titus Rogers has announced his intentions to contest for Khabutoola Sub County LC III Chairperson in Manafwa District and wants transparent leadership in the sub County.

Hon. Mabonga is currently an area councillor representing Khabutoola Parish at Khabutoola Sub County in Manafwa District.

The 32 year – old who holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary education (ICT/GEO) is a teacher by profession. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Administration and Management.

He is also the Managing Director of Bright Christian Academy Nursery and Primary School in Busyula 1 village, Khabutoola Parish, Khabutoola Sub County.

Mabonga who is a resident of Busyula 1 Village says his major concern is actually balancing all the four parishes service delivery in the sub county.

He wants to open up new roads, maintain excellent state of the old ones as well as ensuring transparent leadership and tackling health sector issues.

He also doubles as the chairman of the General Purpose Committee of Khabutoola Sub County.

He also wants to ensure that all children below 18 years are in school whether UPE or USE. Mabonga subscribes to the NRM party.
