Mr Bijemano Benard has announced that he is aspiring for the Member of Parliament for the People With Disabilities Western Uganda come 2026.
Bijemano hails from Katikara Sub County in Kakumiro district.
His team is already on the ground doing mobilisation to garner support him ahead of the ballot paper battle.
He says he wants to see effective representation of the People With Disabilities (PwDs) and to see them treated equally like the rest.
He also wants to raise the voice of the disabled and help them benefit from the government and improve on their standards of living.
