The Ugandan Inspector General of Government (IGG) Beti Kamya has revealed the biggest impediment of fighting corruption in the country.
There is the highest rate of corruption in Uganda and the most people that are corrupt are government official.
Even the president himself has talked about people in his government that are corrupt to cease it or rise he will deal with them but unfortunately a few have been arrested.

According to Beti Kamya, the mindset and attitude of the society glorifies corruption and thanks the corrupt people for doing what they are doing.
She said that it is very difficult to fight against society yet it is the one that is supposed to help her fight against corruption all day everyday.
“The biggest impediment to fighting corruption is the mindset and attitude of society. It largely condones, expects, and even glorifies corruption,”
